@Benoit Darrieux: I'm replying about the photograph on the right which is mine (Carver). I picked that shot for hope because it shows the seeds which I find hopeful of new life to come. Sabine will have to explain hers although I can't help but guess is has something to do with hope for our country in light of our President Elect who we both supported (Obama). I guess I'll find out if my guess is right.

Sabine here! Yes I went with the American Flag because for MANY and FOR YEARS.. centuries even, USA was a place of hope.... We lost that hope a bit in the years past, but I think our hope has come back with Obama about to take office! Voila! Merci Benoit d'etre venu voir notre site!

Thank you very much for your explanations from you and Sabine. Your picture is now full of sens for me, and I can see it with a different point of view. At the beginning, I saw a kind of patriotism which I don't support, but now, I see a picture with a hope which I believe in. French have a different "relation" with the national flag, conducting us, sometimes, to bad interpretations. It's good to find correct explanation under pictures to avoid mistakes. Good job, have fun with your game.
