Now those two photos are colorful. The balloons remind me of the Festival of Fools in Disney's version of Hunchback of Notre Dame :)

I really love the balloons and I can see they may have little messages tied on. Just this week I found a similar balloon that had popped and crashed in my backyard and I was a bit disappointed to see there was no little message, lol.
Good choices for the theme. Very colorful.
